When will my order be shipped?
Within 5 business days of payment. Items that are custom printed ship within 6-8 business days. Since all of our items are hand-made and we also run two shops, on particularly busy weeks orders may take 2-3 days longer. We will advise you if this is the case. If you need an item urgently please contact us and we will accommodate your needs.
Where do you post to and how are my items shipped?
We post within Australia and overseas, and all our orders are sent via Australia Post.
When will I receive my order?
Postage within Australia usually takes between 2-8 business days, and postage to an overseas destination can take between 7-10 business days, but may take longer if delayed at Customs. We are a small two person operation and shall endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible (once payment is processed).
Note to international buyers: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, etc. incurred. We’ve rarely had an international package go missing; however, we cannot be held responsible if this does happen.
How much will shipping cost?
Since we have a range of different items in our store, shipping costs vary according to the specific product. Please see individual item pages for specific shipping costs. If you require a combined shipping quote before adding items to your cart, please contact us, we’d be happy to help.
To keep postage costs low there are no tracking options available at this time. If you require parcel tracking or insurance please contact us for a quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. Please read the description and dimensions of the item/s you wish to purchase carefully. If you are in doubt about the particulars of an item you wish to purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email prior to purchase. We’ll happily assist you. (Please note that colours may appear brighter or vary slightly to the original depending upon your screen calibration.)
All due care will be taken to package your goods to ensure they arrive to you safely, however please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and are not liable for any damage or loss within the postal system.
Are you available for commissions?
Absolutely! The artist behind the store, Orna Shachar, has been commissioned for all manner of artwork, including decorated personal/business signs, wall art, wood and metal items, home-wares, handmade and hand-painted gift-ware, and many more.
